BUGETS!!!!

OOOOH the budget! If only that word didn't exsist, right? Well, unfortunately it does, and if you are smart, it actually won't turn end up being the worst, and mostly commonly used, word while planning your wedding. I found this guide in a wedding magazine, and found it extremely helpful when planning the budget. It is really important to know what you need to spend, before you spend 75% of the budget on the reception venue! This is obviously a general budet, and the best thing to do is figure out the total you want to spend on your wedding. Figure out if you want the rings included or not as well.

The figures below are the percentages you are "supposed" to spend on each item on the wedding. What I did was figure out out what the suggested amounts were for my budget, then I figured out what was more important and what was less important to me personally.

I hope this helps!

Weddings!

I have been doing a lot of research when it comes to finding wedding venues in Northern California. I figured I should start a blog to just download all the info I get, so that I could help some other people who were trying to find wedding venues, reception ideas, and everything else in between. Anyways, I hope this helps, and I will continue to update when I get some more information together!

Best,

Allison
